My Story
My story is not so much a story but a series of layers of life experiences and insights that have brought me to this current moment as a reinvention coach. Today, I live in Bristol – a great city that itself represents reinvention, entrepreneurialism and independence of spirt. Before Bristol, I lived and worked in London for many years. My natural interest in communications led me to a 30-year career in communications and marketing while my interest in strategic clarity led to taking an MBA at Warwick Business School. A series of mid-life experiences and events – and a strong interest in the possibilities of reinvention and not getting stuck in the tramlines of life – drew me to retrain as a coach.

We can forget that we are free to reframe, recalibrate and reinvent our lives. I can help you dig deep to rediscover your real essence and spirit and then translate that into life and career ambitions and fresh projects.
Reinvention will be the most critical skillset this century. In these turbulent and dynamic times, it’s vital that our day-to-day lives and thought processes can keep pace. We can choose to change at any time. Now, more than ever, we all need to do so. The key to change is in the quality of our reflection and the extent that we can reimagine our lives. I offer a variety of coaching programmes [from one-off sessions to 6-month programmes] that will give you the resilience and insights to help you reshape your lives whether from a career or life transition perspective.
